It’s refreshing to see modern heavy music, or even music that just breaks the mainstream mould, getting bigger and better exposure. However what is also increasing is the amount of blame that is placed on alternative music genres for everything from depression and suicide, through to murders and massacres. In fact, a lot of the time the lyrical content and message behind a lot of these bands actually a generally positive one, or it’s an expression of healthy passion for a cause or opinion. ‘United Voices’ is about those of you who listen to whatever music you listen to because you love it, not because the mainstream tells you to. Music of integrity, something to be proud of being a part of. There is nothing better than being able to share your enthusiasm for bands and music with people who love it, get it and appreciate what has gone into it, both physically and emotionally.
